You will select one of the options below at check out! Pick-up is available in Downtown Toronto near Allan Gardens. There are three 'getting your bike' options:

1. Self checkout (contactless pick up) is available for most bikes. We will provide a lockbox code for your lock key. If you want a helmet, we can include it.

2. Personal handoff (pick up) is required if renting a child's seat to ensure safe and secure set up. Personal handoff is an option for all rentals as we are happy to answer any questions at that time, make bike adjustment, or pass along accessories.

Again and please note that all rentals that include a child seat are required to be done in person (personal handoff) to ensure safe set up, etc.

3. Delivery to your AirBnB or Hotel in downtown Toronto is available for $50 (up to two bikes).
